A client required two identical process skid units fabricating to their specification, complete with full system design and CAD drawing development prior to fabrication commencing
Our team handled the project from initial design through to final assembly entirely in-house. Working from the client’s scope, we developed the system design and CAD drawings before fabrication began, ensuring everything was right on paper before it was right in steel.
Both skid units were fabricated in stainless steel, incorporating flanged pipework, butterfly valves, filter housings, instrumentation ports and ancillary pipework. All mounted on wheeled stainless steel frames for ease of positioning on site. Every weld, fitting and connection was checked before the units left our workshop.
Two finished skid units delivered to specification, on time, ready to go straight into service. The client had a complete, installation-ready solution without the need for multiple contractors or suppliers.
We fabricate process skid units to client scope and specification, and provide full system design and CAD drawing development where required. We also provide site installation support for process pipework projects across the UK.
