The Project

The work involved surveying the existing equipment, designing the modification around the live production layout, fabricating the new stainless-steel support and transfer arrangement, and installing it on site.

The modification had to integrate with the existing conveyors while maintaining a smooth product flow and avoiding unnecessary changes to the surrounding machinery.

Scope included:

  • Site survey and measurement of the existing conveyor system
  • Design and fabrication of the new transfer arrangement
  • Stainless-steel framework and supports
  • Modification of the existing conveyor interface
  • Installation and alignment on site
  • Final adjustments during commissioning
  • Work completed around the customer’s production requirements

The Result

The finished installation provides a clean, supported transfer between conveyors while making maximum use of the existing equipment and available floor space.
