Project Overview
The pipework assemblies were fabricated in our Halifax workshop, including straight pipe sections, bends and flanged connections, ready for installation by the client's own site team.
Before leaving the workshop, welds were checked by dye penetrant inspection to identify any surface-breaking defects, so the completed assemblies arrived on site inspected and ready to fit.
Our scope included:
- Fabrication of straight pipe sections.
- Fabrication of bends.
- Flanged connections.
- Coded welding.
- Dye penetrant inspection (DPI) of welds.
- Supply of completed assemblies for installation by the client's site team.
